你先把瓠仔刨成絲狀再加一些鹽巴讓它把出水
再放到一般做糕的那種袋子((就是密度很細的那種))
後再放洗衣機去脫水
這樣包煮起來就不會出水了
又好吃

1.煮瓠仔稀飯.先把瓠仔切絲.加一些開陽(蝦逼).切一些肉條.然後把鍋子加水加熱.然後把所有食材丟下去煮.肉條可以慢一點再加進去.等米粒有點7分熟的時候在把肉條丟下去滾熟.然後熄火讓他繼續悶熟.這樣瓠仔剛好是最好吃的狀態.瓠仔會是白白的.不然你一直煮到瓠仔熟的時候他有溫度會一直悶.結果到最後瓠仔就會變黑.賣相就會變得不好看.然後就會覺得整鍋看起來灰灰不好吃.最後在灑上一些蔥花就可以.記得鍋蓋要留一點空隙讓他裡面蒸氣跑掉一些.不然的話整個悶住他的瓠仔也是會變灰灰的
2.魯瓠仔肉.將瓠仔切塊.五花肉也切塊.然後熱鍋將所有食材下鍋炒過讓它的香氣出來.再來就是加一些水.醬油.冰糖.少許鹽巴讓他繼續魯到筷子可以插進去即可
3.煮瓠仔湯.將瓠仔切絲.將鍋子加熱.然後下蛋.(看瓠仔多寡.多的話多加一顆)炒8分熟然後起鍋.再來是將瓠仔絲下鍋拌炒一下.然後加水悶煮.一直煮到8分熟狀態.然後將蛋下鍋一起拌一拌.加上少許鹽巴.然後熄火讓她悶熟.記得鍋蓋要留一些空隙讓少許蒸氣跑掉.這樣瓠仔才不會過熟變灰灰的
4.瓠仔炒肉絲.先將瓠仔做成瓠仔干.首先將瓠仔去皮然後將瓠仔用成一條一條像彩帶狀(類似將蘋果整顆刨成條狀不讓他斷掉狀).然後加少許鹽巴讓他出水.然後拿到太陽底下曝曬.(類似蘿蔔乾那樣).等他全部水分都去掉以後.在將瓠仔乾洗乾淨把鹽分洗掉才不會煮的時候太鹹.順便將一些沙子灰塵洗掉.然後將瓠仔切一小段一小段.把五花肉切肉絲.最後起油鍋將肉絲下鍋炒過再將瓠仔干一起下鍋炒過
5.包水餃.先將瓠仔切絲然後加少鹽巴讓他出水.然後將瓠仔絲擠乾水分.將絞肉一起拌一拌加上少許醬油.香油拌勻.然後把餡料包到水餃皮裡面即可.
