茶汁〈0°完全不辣〉/ 麻辣〈5°微辣起〉火鍋湯底的特色，是以茶熬製，清淡爽口、不油膩，即使再辣也沒有一層紅色的浮油，而且辣的感覺只持續20分鐘，因係茶葉燉煮，尤其在夏天吃來更不會上火，吃得再辣，也不會有燥熱感，流出來的汗水是清的，不會讓身上有黏黏不舒服的感覺！食後，齒頰留香、喉韻回甘！

茶汁 / 麻辣火鍋湯底除了用來煮火鍋，煮麵、冬粉、粿條、麵疙瘩等主食，或加花椰菜、大頭菜等煮湯、即成桌上佳餚、或勾芡煮羹，不須調味、也不須加水，就可以輕鬆調理出鮮美可口的茶香美食！
